📐 Community Update ✏️ [This is the message that was sent to all candidates for the Treasury Multi-Sig. The snapshot for voting was taken on Wednesday, and voting will commence in the next 48 hours, and will run for 72 hours] In advance of the vote, I'd like to confirm the role and responsibilities for Treasury Multi-Sig holders. As we move to further decentralise the project, this committee will be the stewards of Statera. Any community member can propose a use of Treasury funds, and if there is appetite then the committee will put it out to vote. Following a successful vote it will be actioned by the committee. These actions are not the only ones taken by the Treasury, as maintaining several liquidity pools and maximising use of assets (such as fBEETS for votes) requires an active hand. For those unfamiliar how a Multi-Sig works - one user will initiate the transaction which then requires a quorum of signatures from the other members before it is actioned. Fundamentally this role requires that you are attentive to the project, that you have its best wishes at heart, and that you will be around to take part in the day-to-day movements of treasury funds. This is an exciting next step for Statera, one that everyone in the community is involved with.
